Travel Experience Creator - Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to create unique travel experiences for our customers. As a Booking & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our travel consultants, ensuring that every trip goes beyond being just a destination and becomes a truly memorable journey.
* Create personalized customer experiences through the full cycle of bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
* Provide specialized support to our travel consultants to ensure seamless customer service;
* Foster high-quality relationships with customers by paying attention to detail and delivering personalized services;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree in Tourism or related field;
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator;
* Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo;
* Excellent customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism;
* Availability for flexible schedules and shifts;
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; knowledge of French is an asset.
