ResponsibilitiesLead the evolution of a global AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering).
Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical language.
Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business impact.
Drive the scalability and centralization of the product.
Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle—from concept to delivery.
Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement.
QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area.
Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution.
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
Availability to go to the office 1 to 2 times per week.
Nice to HaveBackground in engineering or technical chatbot solutions.
Experience with AI-driven platforms.
