In addition, you will attend workshops, including interactive case studies, networking and social events allowing you to meet with some of our senior managers and colleagues across CIB as well as working on individual and team projects.
Your Main Activities Are Support the FOCS and BS&C teams in NY with ad-hoc requests (KPIs, reporting, regulatory, etc.); Assist in the development of automated tools for monitoring Global Markets Staff and performing customized data analytics; Contribute to the design, implementation and visualizations of the monitoring procedures to more effectively identify actual or potential conduct risk scenarios; Build an end-to-end report by improving the data collection and manipulation as well as developing/improving visualizations to be presented in committees and presentations.

About The TeamThis role will support two primary teams within the Global Markets Americas Chief Conduct and Controls Office (CCCO): Front Office Conduct & Surveillance (FOCS): team monitors trading & sales business activity and electronic Communications, with the objective of deterring, detecting, and preventing Conduct Risk breaches.
Team develops automated tools for monitoring and performing customized data analytics.
Business Supervision & Controls (BS&C): team collaborates with Trading, Sales, Structuring, and Risks Management teams (2LOD) to help keep non-financial risks to an acceptable level.
BS&C is a key component in the assessment and management of non-financial risks and implementation of the controls framework.
