This role is critical to ensure that mechanical, electrical, and control systems in Data Centers and other industrial projects operate as designed, from project planning through to final certification.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute the commissioning process for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, control systems, fire protection, plumbing).
Develop project-specific commissioning management and validation documents, procedures, and guidelines.Review and provide technical feedback on drawings, manuals, and technical submittals.Prepare method statements, test scripts, and commissioning reports.Monitor project progress and promptly report scope changes internally.Conduct technical inspections, measurements, and testing of installed systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure commissioning aligns with overall project delivery.Assist in the preparation and development of tender submissions.Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., CIBSE, BSRIA, ASHRAE).
