Job Title: Data Migration Coordinator
The company is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee data migration activities across site readiness and ERP rollout projects.
* A key aspect of the role will be acting as the central point of contact for active site readiness projects and rollouts.
* You will support the Data Migration Factory Manager in planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
* Assist project-assigned migrators with alignment, issue resolution, and escalation management.
* Foster collaboration between PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MDG (Master Data Governance), and DMF (Data Migration Factory) teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to governance standards across departments.
* Monitor rollout progress and provide status reporting on readiness, risks, mitigation plans (agreed or suggested), task owners, and dependencies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or data migration roles within large-scale ERP programs.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects or similar enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.
* Experience migrating from non-SAP and non-regulated source systems to SAP S/4HANA (or other large ERP) preferred.
Key Skills:
* A strong understanding of data governance principles and ERP rollout processes.
* Ability to interpret migration requirements and coordinate across functional and technical teams.
* Experience in issue tracking, prioritization, and dependency management.
Technical Requirements:
* Familiarity with data migration requirements when transitioning systems to SAP S/4HANA, including MDG and PLM systems.
* Understanding of data migration processes, tools, and frameworks.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools for tracking and documentation.
* Fundamental knowledge of ETL concepts and data validation techniques.
* Experience with Agile or hybrid project management approaches.
* Knowledge of data migration best practices, including mock runs and cutover planning.
