Job Title: Scrum Master Role

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
* In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certifications.
* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
