Job Opportunity: Head of Growth

This role offers a unique chance to drive growth and strategy for a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand. As the head of growth, you will oversee customer acquisition, lifecycle, and performance marketing across DTC and B2B initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in DTC/eCommerce growth, with at least 2 years in a Head or VP-level role. They should have scaled a brand from ~€10M to €50–100M+ in revenue and be hands-on with Meta and Google.

The responsibilities include defining and executing an 18-month revenue roadmap with full P&L responsibility, setting and managing OKRs, growth budgets, and margin targets, building real-time scenario plans to meet GMV and profitability goals, leading acquisition across Meta, Google/PMax, YouTube, CTV, podcasts, affiliates, and new channels, managing and scaling a $500K+ monthly media budget while optimizing CAC and MER, running advanced analytics (MTA, MMM, geo-lift, incrementality) to guide spend decisions, overseeing a data-informed creative system shipping 100–150 ad variations per quarter, ensuring a balance of strong branding and high-performing creatives across formats, championing creative testing, innovation, and optimization, building and optimizing email/SMS programs to contribute ≥35% of total revenue, designing post-purchase journeys, upsells, win-backs, and loyalty flows to grow LTV, owning CRO roadmap including A/B testing across checkout, PDP, product discovery, and personalization, continuously improving the site experience to lift conversion and engagement, leveraging AI tools for creative generation, copywriting, bidding, segmentation, and reporting, automating repetitive tasks to allow teams to focus on strategy and bold moves, recruiting, developing, and managing a cross-functional growth team (5–10 FTEs) across media, lifecycle, creative, and analytics, translating data into action and pushing for continual experimentation and learning, collaborating closely with Product, CX, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment across demand and operations.
