Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in French for inquiries related to our online streaming media services.
- Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and service subscriptions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming service performance.
- Guide users on navigation and content discovery within the platform.
- Document customer issues and interactions accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on new content releases and platform features to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude and an ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
