We are looking for a Purchase Manager with experience in the IT market to join the team.
Responsibilities: Identify and analyze the needs for raw materials and equipment, monitoring the IT market;Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and contracts;Optimize costs and monitor supplier performance;Manage transportation, receipt, and logistics of purchased items;Validate renewal dates and alert the responsible account manager;Follow up after order submission and invoice validation;Ensure cost compliance and support the commercial team in pricing and proposal analysis;Financially validate new suppliers and analyze public contract documents.
Skills and Qualifications:Strategic thinking aligned with the organization's principles;Negotiation skills to improve results with suppliers;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in commercial and procurement processes;Knowledge of the company's purchased products;Agility in problem-solving and dynamic approach to daily tasks;Analytical skills and decision-making capability.
