Social Media Customer Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking Social Media Customer Support Specialists speaking Dutch and English to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This position is On-Site. The attractive salary package includes a 1100€ Base Salary paid over 14 months and full benefits (Private Health Insurance, Paid Training, Career Development Opportunities).
Language Requirements:
* Dutch: B2/C1 level or Native.
* English: C1 level or B2.
Working Schedule: An 8-hour rotating schedule, 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive days off.
* Possible Shifts: Possibility of working beyond regular operating hours (e.g., Monday-Saturday 08:00 - 19:00, Sunday 10:00 - 19:00).
Job Details and Responsibilities
You will be the essential interface between customers and the brand, managing inquiries across various social media channels and ensuring a positive experience.
* Social Media Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, complaints, and comments via social media platforms.
* Problem Solving: Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
* Financial Knowledge (Preferred): As the role involves interacting with customer personal data (FPI), candidates are sought who are familiar with financial personal information and demonstrate a strong awareness of data security and confidentiality.
* Dynamic Environment: You must be able to handle a high-volume customer support environment (VPCS).
