Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database.
4. Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems.
5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
2. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
3. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
