Hotel Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Implementing effective front desk procedures and protocols.
* Hiring, training, and managing a team of front desk staff.
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a timely manner.
* Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
* Managing front desk budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Conducting regular performance reviews with front desk staff.
* Generating reports and providing feedback to senior management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
* A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* A good understanding of hospitality industry procedures and practices.
