We are now looking for two Application Production Support Engineers willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first-line support for two business-critical applications in the investment funds domain
* Handle incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards
* Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and perform root cause analysis
* Conduct database queries and data extractions (SQL) to identify issues and support resolutions
* Support quarterly deployments and validate post-release performance
* Collaborate with sysadmin, infrastructure, and development teams across international locations
1. Technical Profile:
* Strong experience with Linux, Windows and SQL (queries, joins, data analysis)
* Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management
* Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace) is a plus
* Knowledge of ITIL framework and production support practices
* Comfortable with deployments and production validations
* Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus
Personal Profile:
* Strong autonomy and analytical skills
* Capable of managing critical banking production environments
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams
* Comfortable with incomplete context and open to learning on the job
* Willingness to participate in rare on-call rotation (soon to be replaced by follow-the-sun model)
* At least one senior profile required; second position may be junior or mid-level
