Responsibilities
Customer's Contact
Builds and maintains relationships with key ESS clients, serving as contact for business-related matters.
Proposal Preparation
Prepares proposals to meet customer requirements.
Reporting
Prepares and presents reports on sales performance, sales forecast and market insights to internal Company ´s stakeholders.
Business Development
Participates in industry events, conferences and networking activities to promote the company and generate leads.
Requirements
· Degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Energy, Renewables, or similar).
· At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
· Interest in business development / technical sales (customer-facing role).
· Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
· Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and travel frequently across Europe.
· Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office suite) at user level.
