Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch support to customers as the first point of contact.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless stakeholder experiences.
* Cordinate regular calls with clients for product-related inquiries.
* Process service requests in a timely manner.
* Provide administrative support to verify client details.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* A minimum of one year's experience in Customer Support or a related field.
* Familiarity with computer systems and network configurations.
* Ability to work flexible hours across different time zones.
* Fluency in Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
