This is a senior role for someone who can own strategy end-to-end—defining the vision, articulating creative direction, and guiding execution in collaboration with writers and designers.
You will play a central role in shaping executive thought leadership programs and ensuring strategic intent is consistently carried through across content and channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative and content strategy for executive-level clients.
Define thought leadership positioning, narrative arcs, and content frameworks.
Articulate clear creative vision and strategic direction for each engagement.
Coordinate with writers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality.
Provide clear briefs, guidance, and feedback to creative partners.
Step in on light copywriting or strategic drafting when needed (e.g., outlines, key posts, messaging).
Review and refine content to ensure clarity, tone, and executive-level polish.
Advise on executive visibility—what to publish, when, and why.
Ensure consistency across written content, visuals, and overall narrative.Who You Are7+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, or communications.
Proven experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or senior executives.
Able to move seamlessly between strategy, creative direction, and selective execution.
Strong writing and editing instincts with an eye for narrative and positioning.
Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration with designers and writers.
Clear, confident communicator who can articulate vision and give constructive direction.
