A Day in Your Life at MKS As a Senior Sales Representative at Atotech brand of MKS, you will partner with our Sales and Technical teams to support existing customers and develop new business opportunities in the electroplating and surface‐treatment market.In this role, you will report to the DWE Business Manager.You will act as both a technical expert and a commercial partner, helping customers solve complex plating challenges while ensuring the long‐term success and growth of our portfolio in Portugal.You Will Make an Impact ByProviding technical support to existing customers and ensuring a high level of service quality.Managing and defending key accounts in a competitive market environment.Conducting sales prospection to identify and win new business opportunities.Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.Managing the commercial relationship, including pricing discussions and ongoing account development.Collaborating closely with colleagues in Portugal and Spain to ensure seamless support across the region.Travel Requirements: Up to 70% of travel is required (across Portugal and occasionally to Galicia, Spain).Skills You BringChemistry degree (required).3 years of job‐related experience (required).Proven experience in electroplating or surface treatments.Strong technical problem‐solving skills with customers.Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities.Portuguese and English: mandatory.Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.Preferred Skills (Optional But Valuable)Spanish language skills to collaborate with Iberia colleagues and support occasional customer visits in Spain.Experience working with sectors such as automotive, sanitary, military, or construction.Prior experience managing a geographically large territory.Familiarity with technical sales or customer‐facing technical support roles.Why Join Us?
