Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior O2C Specialist to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle in an international finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
* Execute manual billing adjustments and issue credit notes when required.
* Perform revenue recognition and validate automated batch processes.
* Review unapplied or partially applied cash and ensure correct allocation.
* Analyse and review AR aging reports; support initiatives to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
* Handle customer and internal stakeholder communication, manage escalations, and negotiate payment terms.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit guidelines, and internal controls.
* Support process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior O2C team members.
