About the Job The Consolidation and Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate with various departments including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to coordinate, consolidate and report financial performance. Your scope is Group and international. This position offers numerous, rich interactions at different hierarchical levels with, for example, all the international local accountants and controllers and the group statutory consolidation team. Key Responsibilities Statutory Reporting & Consolidation Contribute to the quarterly and annual consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes. Perform intercompany reconciliations, confirm balances, investigate mismatches, and ensure timely. Lead FRS 16 workstream ensuring consistent reporting of the subsidiaries in Viareport solution and reconciliation at consolidated level. Support preparation of consolidated financial statements, regulatory reports, notes to accounts, and disclosure schedules as required. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, IFS requirements, and regulatory reporting obligations. Collaborate with local finance teams, controllers, auditors, and other stakeholders to resolve reporting queries and obtain required submissions. Monthly Financial Reporting, analysis and consolidation Support the monthly accounting close process, working closely with finance internationally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support the affiliate submissions, analyse financial trends, variances, and performance metrics. Process Improvement and Optimization Contribute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, consolidation processes, improve quality, and enhance automation. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS requirements. Good understanding of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Experience with intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, top-side adjustments, and other related activities. Proficiency in Hyperion is required. Proficiency in Viareport solution is appreciated. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large-volume data handling. Understanding internal control frameworks and audit documentation requirements. Experience preparing reporting packs, disclosures, reconciliations, and audit support. Leadership Skills Ownership and accountability for assigned reporting, consolidation, and holding activities. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals and reporting deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge inefficient processes. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines during peak monthly, quarterly, and annual periods. Interpersonal & Analytical Skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Problem‐solving skills, with ability to investigate reporting variances. Clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders. High level of integrity and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory). Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA are a plus. Qualifications Previous experience in Record to Report, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, IFRS Reporting (typically 3-5 years). Previous experience in audit firms (2-3 years) is a plus.
