Job Description:
* Build a thriving online and offline community.
* Find and empower community leaders to drive language groups and events.
* Manage operations in our CRM platform.
* Contribute to strategic planning sessions.
* Nurture relationships with users through various online channels.
* Maintain regular contact with the community offline.
* Foster partnerships between SPEAKers and community event organizers.
* Support offline marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with participants to understand their needs.
* Aid in onboarding processes.
* Provide valuable feedback to management.
* Identify opportunities for enhanced customer retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
* A minimum internship duration of 6 months.
* Living in or relocating to one of SPEAK's cities.
* Excellent English communication skills (our team meetings are predominantly in English), with local languages being an asset; Spanish knowledge is mandatory for Madrid applicants.
* Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with social media at the user level.
