We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to spearhead the development of our finance operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Process and account for invoices, payments, and expenses in accordance with tax regulations
* Reconcile current accounts (clients and suppliers)
* Upload and manage payments via home banking
* Provide support for financial and administrative matters
* Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
* Conduct trial balance analysis and prepare financial statements
* Prepare and present regular cash flow reports to support business decisions
* Assist in developing and improving internal financial reporting tools
* Handle routine finance-related administrative and compliance tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Portuguese financial operations
* Solid understanding of invoice processing, account reconciliation, and treasury management
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English
* Comfortable working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, start-up environment
