Experience in ERP implementations and data migration projects ; Strong knowledge of master data (material, customer, supplier); SAP knowledge (MM, SD, Supplier Management preferred); Experience with data migration, ETL, and data governance ; Project management and stakeholder coordination skills; Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies ; Experience with cplace, Jira, and Power BI ; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Project Management certification is a plus; Lead end-to-end master data migration projects for ERP implementations; Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities; Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance compliance; Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders; Lead cross-functional teams and external partners; Support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities; Provide regular project status updates and reporting; Drive continuous improvement in master data processes and tools.
