Lead Solution Design and Initial Trials/PoCs: Conduct initial trials and PoCs (Proof of Concept), analyse results and conclusions, and adjust the solution design and rollout processes accordingly; Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise to project management, evaluate solution assumptions and customer expectations, deliver Low Level Designs (LLDs) for complex and bespoke solutions, and define the rollout strategy; Manage Solutions Lifecycle: Oversee the solutions lifecycle, adding new features or undertaking corrective actions, and manage its impact on customers; Solution readiness in a timely and costly efficient mode; Technical success of Proof-of-concept (PoC) and/or initial implementations of new products/solutions; Number of projects, project dimension, and project complexity, handled by on a Fiscal year.
