What you need to have:
Hard Skills:
* Proven experience in IT procurement or administrative support roles within a technical or IT-related context
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Portuguese (Portugal)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
* Experience with Power BI
* Knowledge of IT products and services
* Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams
* Familiarity with contract management processes
* Familiarity with inventory management processes
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
