The Team

The Role
At Prozis, we believe that the best people deserve the best processes. To help us with this mission, we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic HR Assistant to ensure every moment of our employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — is handled with care and professionalism.
* Manage the entire administrative onboarding process for new employees (document handling, contract management, registration in internal and external platforms);
* Handle offboarding processes (deactivating accesses, working closely with internal teams);
* Prepare and follow up on contracts, renewals, and agreements;
* Administer meal cards and manage replacements;
* Organize and validate required documentation, including national and international dispatches;
* Create and manage internal newsletters;
* Welcome new employees;
* Prepare weekly reports on internal movements.
You
You have recently graduated (or are about to graduate) in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, and are motivated to start your professional journey in a dynamic, strategic, and highly regulated environment. You have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in management, organizational development, and legal compliance.
* Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Accuracy in entering HR data and generating reports;
* Basic understanding of labor legislation and HR compliance.
