Coordination Expert
We are a renowned global IT service and consulting organization, presently developing our tech footprint in Lisbon.
As a coordination expert with this company, you will be supporting Dutch stakeholders' service provider network, ensuring that their service coordination is functioning at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, someone who is highly attentive to all stakeholder requests, and able to prioritize client-driven tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and balance clients' call activity and the workload of external service providers utilizing internal stakeholder databases.
* Identify barriers that limit working capacity of external service providers; communicate with field management to implement fixes lowering optimization issues affecting workload efficiency & call queue management. Maintain process until issues are resolved.
* Contact stakeholders & dedicated support team to negotiate best possible arrival time for Service Providers completing necessary upkeep product works
* Create strong working relationships with external Service Providers & Field Managers meeting/exceeding field metrics standards
