Your primary role will involve providing B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls. This will include answering pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services, as well as guiding clients in resolving bugs and improving ad performance.
In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for analyzing trends and troubleshooting common issues affecting business users. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to offer white glove support by converting email/chat cases into proactive outbound assistance.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess fluent Spanish (C2 level) and English (B2 level) language skills. Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is highly desirable, as is the ability to multitask using various tools and systems.
