sports and active lifestyle space.
We're looking for a
Creative Copywriter
to lead the voice and tone of this brand in Portugal - shaping stories, writing across every format, and making words move people.
Your Role
This role is about more than writing - it's about building a narrative system that connects deeply and consistently, across every touchpoint.
You'll bring a strategic, creative, and culturally attuned approach to brand voice - from campaign headlines and retail messaging to CRM flows, radio, and outdoor placements.
You'll:
Craft powerful headlines, taglines, and copy for major campaigns - institutional, seasonal, and promotional.
Write for offline activations including in-store experiences, events, and physical spaces.
Develop copy for paid media - including ad extensions, social, and programmatic.
Shape narrative and UX copy for the website, aligned with SEO and brand tone.
Write CRM flows and campaign storytelling across sports and seasonal journeys.
Draft press releases and institutional narratives that elevate the brand's identity.
Write for broadcast: from TV to radio, adapting style and emotional tone to format.
Create messaging for OOH - bus shelters, billboards, wraps, and more.
Ensure narrative consistency across all channels while keeping the tone fresh, inspiring, and human.
You Bring:
3+ years in a creative agency (mandatory).
A strong portfolio that shows multi-platform thinking, conceptual strength, and creative versatility.
Mastery of Portuguese - with creative range, emotional sensitivity, and tonal precision.
Ability to write for both performance and storytelling - inspiring and converting with equal clarity.
Confidence working across teams - creative, accounts, CRM, SEO, UX, media.
A disruptive spirit and willingness to challenge a brief when it leads to better work.
