ROLE:
* Design, install, monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance of production environments;
* Test, develop, and control the quality of databases, ensuring high levels of data availability;
* Develop, implement, and supervise database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of data and associated software;
* Ensure the protection and integrity of data assets, ensuring they are updated with the latest technologies and industry trends;
* Develop MS SQL queries and procedures;
* Create custom reports and modify ERP user forms, contributing to increased organizational productivity.
PROFILE:
* Higher education in Information Technology or similar field;
* Solid experience in SQL Server database administration;
* Professional experience in Agile environments;
* Solid experience in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and SQL Server optimization;
* Solid knowledge of all versions of SQL Server, up to 2019;
* Experience in Azure SQL and Azure SQL Managed Instance;
* Experience in ETL processes;
* Proficiency in Transact-SQL;
* Experience in developing complex projects and packages in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
* Experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions in SQL Server, such as clustering, database mirroring, and replication, is valued;
* Experience with SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is valued;
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cosmos DB is valued;
* Experience with Python and PowerShell is valued;
* Experience with NoSQL database systems, such as MongoDB and CouchDB, is valued;
* Fluency in English;
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity.
