Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or partner management
* Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, with strong relationships across Europe and UK&I
* Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel as needed
