Your mission will be…
1. To support our colleagues in providing services for different projects we are looking for a Trainee to integrate in our controlling team;
2. Execution of internal processes with regards to the financial management of Siemens SA Portugal's support functions;
3. Calculation of prices for Siemens Healthineers Spare Parts and inserting them in SAP;
4. Support in a global SAP project by maintaining a time management tool, e.g. on- and offboarding of users;
5. Cooperation with the remaining controlling teams within the structure in several of our daily operations;
6. Execution of regular support activities such as creation of reports or contracts.
We are looking for someone with…
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting - or other similar area;
8. Fluent in English – written and spoken, German is a plus;
9. Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced);
10. Good analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
11. Professional ethics, responsibility and problem-solving mindset;
12. Proactivity, priority management and organization;
13. Very good interpersonal skills, of which the ability to communicate with different partners and work as team.
