Process Optimization Specialist
* Analyze processes to identify waste and implement improvements, leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across different areas;
* Propose solutions to optimize factory layout according to production needs and planning;
* Deliver training on Lean methodologies and tools;
A successful Process Optimization Specialist will have:
* A university degree in Management, Engineering, or another field relevant to the role;
* Strong knowledge and experience in applying Lean tools and continuous improvement methods, with high sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management;
* Persuasion, proactivity, autonomy, team spirit, assertive communication, and accuracy;
* Residence in, or availability to relocate to, Ponte de Sor and/or surrounding municipalities.
