The company is seeking anIT Managerwho will play a key role in defining the technology strategy, modernizing the IT landscape, and enabling scalable, data-driven, and future-ready operations.Our client is a leading industrial group.DescriptionDefine and lead the group-wide technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness;Lead and develop the internal IT function, covering infrastructure, software development, user support, cybersecurity, and emerging capabilities such as data, analytics, and automation;Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of core infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and virtualized environments;Drive digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of legacy systems, cloud adoption, process automation, and the integration of AI-driven solutions;Lead technology integration across M&A activities, ensuring harmonization of systems, infrastructure, data, and processes across newly acquired entities;Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring clear prioritization, disciplined execution, budget control, and alignment with business priorities;Continuously assess business processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled efficiency improvements;Build and manage strategic relationships with technology partners and suppliers, ensuring innovation, service quality, and cost efficiency;Oversee the evolution of core business platforms, including ERP systems (preferably Primavera), manufacturing systems, logistics applications, and collaboration tools;Promote a data-driven culture by enabling the use of analytics, business intelligence, and AI to support decision-making and operational performance;Ensure the scalability and resilience of the technology ecosystem, preparing the organization for international expansion and increased operational complexity;Foster a culture of innovation across the organization, encouraging experimentation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of emerging technologies.ProfileDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;Significant experience in senior IT leadership roles within complex or industrial environments;Strong expertise in infrastructure architecture, data centers, virtualization, and Microsoft/Windows environments;Proven track record in digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and the implementation of emerging technologies;Experience supporting M&A technology integration, including systems consolidation and organizational alignment;Solid experience with ERP platforms, ideally Primavera, and industrial application ecosystems;Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams;Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement;Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities;Fluency in English.Job OfferExcellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
