Your future project: join our German Content Moderator team.
Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
* Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
* Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
* Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
* Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
* Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
* Native or proficient level of German (C2)
* Advanced level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
* Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
* Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
* Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
* Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
* Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios
* Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
