Job Overview
Hybrid Business Analyst role: 2 days per week at the Lisbon office; remaining days remote.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial products and market risk.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
Work closely with developers, quants, and risk teams to ensure accurate implementation of risk models (VaR, XVA, EEPE).
Analyze market data and validate risk calculations to support decision-making processes.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of financial applications.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
+5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
Knowledge of financial products and market data, including the ability to calculate risk metrics such as VaR, XVA, and EEPE.
Strong understanding of market risk.
Proven experience in IT business analysis.
Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and econometrics.
