Hands-on experience with application support in bothWindowsandLinuxenvironments. Experience withticketingtools (Active Directory, and Jira/Snow) andincident managementprocesses. Knowledge ofvirtualizationtechnologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with SQL. Familiarity withmonitoringtools for proactive issue identification and resolution. Basic understanding ofnetworking concepts and protocols. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues. Fluency in Frenchis mandatory.
