Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
* Support of the project manager in his responsibility to achieve the project goals
* Identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces
* Creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients/customers
* Manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise
* Creation of detailed budget plans for projects
* Develop defined procedure/process/industrialization concepts as a project
* Integration planning of the projects in existing processes
* Presentation and documentation of the sub-project status for quality, technology, costs and deadlines
* Identification of sub-project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures
* Set up and moderate work progress meetings structure
* Measure risk and support risk management
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
* A diploma/bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
* Experience in leading various projects
* High resilience and assertiveness
* Team & communication skills
* Business fluent English (German desirable)
* Knowledge in designing processes
* Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL
* Experience in MS Office and G Suite
