Description
Contributing to the Off Trade strategy by generating customer insights and translating them into actionable plans
Developing and implementing annual Customer Business Plans tailored to specific customer needs
Leading customer negotiations and annual agreements, focusing on long-term value creation
Designing and recommending promotional and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and ROI targets
Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across internal teams (Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain)
Driving innovation agendas within accounts to grow category performance
Leveraging sales data to create value-added business solutions and activations
Participating in strategic planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
Profile
5-8 years of experience in Off Trade, including at least 3 years in account management roles (mandatory)
Strong commercial and business acumen
Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Collaborative approach and problem-solving attitude
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)
