You work close to leadership and connect recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and the CO Academy into one clear people system.We prefer to speak about thegrowth of our peoplerather than traditional HR. They are individuals with skills, potential and the ability to grow with the organisation.You will work across architecture, engineering, construction, operations and finance. From hiring a Civil Engineer or General Foreman to helping structure growth paths for internal talent, your work directly influences how the organisation scales.This role is ideal for someone who understands both people and structure. Someone who can attract talent, create clarity around roles, support leaders and build development paths that help people grow with the organisation.What you'll doLead recruitment across key roles in architecture, engineering, construction, operations and finance.Translate organisational needs into clear role profiles, focused on responsibility, output and fit within the wider structure.Build a structured onboarding process that helps new team members understand their role, reporting lines and expectations from the start.Support leadership in identifying internal potential and shaping development paths for people who can grow into more responsibility.Develop and coordinate the CO Academy, including skills passports, capability mapping and practical learning paths.Work with Operations, Development and Finance to improve role clarity, team structure and people planning as the organisation grows.Support retention by creating visibility on growth, performance and development opportunities.Help build a people system that is practical, consistent and close to the daily reality of the business.Who you areYou have experience in recruitment, HR, people operations or organisational development.You understand how to combine people, structure and performance in a growing organisation.You are comfortable working close to leadership and translating strategic direction into practical action.You communicate clearly and naturally with different types of people, from office-based professionals to operational teams.You are structured, pragmatic and able to create clarity without making things complicated.You understand the importance of responsibility, output and follow-through.Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, manufacturing or another project-based environment is a strong advantage.You are interested in building systems that help people grow, not only in managing HR processes.Fluent Portuguese is required.
