Description
* Develop and maintain the internal digital knowledge repository, ensuring a scalable structure with clear taxonomies and interconnected topics;
* Validate, standardise and continuously update procedures, rules, workflows, definitions, regulations, best practices and other operational content;
* Work closely with departments such as Sales, Debt Management, IT and Billing to capture critical and tacit knowledge and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance;
* Organise information in relational databases (e.g., SharePoint, MariaDB, SQL) to support integration with automation tools and AI models;
* Ensure consistent metadata, versioning and content governance across the knowledge base;
* Prepare knowledge in structured formats suitable for AI-powered assistants, internal search engines, and automated response systems;
* Support the creation of FAQs, training materials, and other internal enablement resources.
Profile
* Degree in Law, Information Science, Data Management, Library Science, Public Administration, or a related field;
* Proven experience in knowledge management, content management, or content validation;
* Advanced proficiency with collaboration and documentation platforms, such as Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools;
* Basic knowledge of/or strong willingness to learn relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, SQL);
* Familiarity with version control tools and knowledge management systems;
* Interest in leveraging AI-based tools (e.g., bots, copilots) and integrating them into knowledge bases;
* Native or fluent Portuguese (mandatory);
* Professional proficiency in English (preferred);
* Capacity to structure, synthesise and organise complex information.
