* This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and talent management, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, and at least 2 years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring a team of recruiters.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, priorities, and resources of the recruiting team to ensure alignment with company objectives and hiring targets.
* This role also involves strategic partnership with senior leadership, providing regular updates, strategic insights, and recommendations on hiring status, market conditions, and talent pipeline health.
