Team Leader – German Speaker (M/F/X)

The Role:
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of retention specialists for the German-speaking market, ensuring they achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service within the telecommunications sector. You will play a key role in building customer loyalty and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly assess performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure service excellence.
Mentor team members to reach their full potential and drive professional growth.
Closely monitor real-time metrics (SLAs, Retention Rates, AHT) to ensure all team and individual targets are consistently met.
Identify bottlenecks in the retention workflow and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Foster a positive, high-energy work environment and resolve challenges with diplomacy.
Analyze data trends and provide high-level insights to senior management.
What You Must Have:
Fluent German (C2/Native) and excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center environment.
Previous experience in a Telecom company is a significant plus.
Skilled in MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to inspire others through innovative thinking.
What We Offer
Base Salary: Starting from €1,150 gross, negotiable based on experience.
Performance Bonus: Monthly target bonus up to €300 gross.
Language Allowances: €350 gross (German) + €150 gross (English) per month.
Meal Allowance: €***** per day worked.
Schedule: Rotative shifts (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm), Monday to Friday.
Remote Work: 100% Work-from-home (Must be living in Portugal with a stable internet connection).
