Responsibilities
1. You will work collaboratively with the Digital and Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
2. Furthermore, you will create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and other UX design artifacts to support the development and implementation of innovative digital products.
3. Ensure that UX design is customer-centric, using user research and data to guide product design decisions.
4. Align UX design across different countries in the region with an easy and accurate language management system.
5. Work closely with product and software development teams to ensure designs are accurately and efficiently implemented with high quality.
6. Adhere to design guidelines and ensure visual consistency and polish across products, aligning with business objectives.
7. Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously improve design processes and workflows.
8. Ensure UX design compliance within Linde.
9. Participate actively in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to digital transformation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus.
* Strong experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience in UX design for digital products like web applications and mobile apps.
* Knowledge of basic web UI technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, process, and experience.
* Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, with an understanding of user research and data analytics.
* Experience in design coding for web and mobile applications (e.g., in Blazor) is a plus.
