We are currently seeking Oracle EPM Business Consultant to join our growing delivery team in Porto, Portugal. What we are offering The opportunity to join a growing company with people passionate about their work in an international environment; The opportunity to work with best-in-breed methodologies, tools, and techniques; Training and Mentoring/Talent Development programs; Full package of Salary, perks, and benefits (Health Insurance, mobile allowance, and others); Extra days off; Partnerships with local businesses; What you'll be doing Participate in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in Retailers and lead the implementation of the Financial Planning processes end-to-end; Gather and analyze business and functional requirements; Develop or support the development of business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards and reports; Support budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes; Participate in Oracle EPM (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, Essbase) configuration, from an end-user perspective; Collaborate in identifying data integrations between Oracle EPM and source systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, etc.); Execute testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities; Provide end-user training and post Go-live support to end-users; Collaborate with project managers, architects, and functional teams to ensure successful delivery; Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and performance improvements; Prepare project documentation and status reporting; Shape and Contribute to the setup of an internal Financial Planning practice, together with the objective of designing the internal Financial Planning processes and controls. What we are looking for 5+ years of experience working with Financial Planning; Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; Consolidate financial results across multiple business units or countries; Track KPIs and business performance; Experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions; Experience in consulting environments and project delivery methodologies; Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Fluency in English is mandatory; Availability to travel.
