About the role: We're seeking a skilled Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team based in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring alerts generated by monitoring tools in real time;
* Experience in batch processes;
* Working with ITSM tools for opening issues and managing escalation processes;
* Computer skills in Windows and Unix/Linux environments;
* Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP.
You must have:
* A minimum of 12th grade academic level in IT;
* At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring Engineering roles using Enterprise Monitoring tools;
* Fluency in Portuguese and technical English knowledge;
* Availability for 24/7 shift work.
