We are looking to reinforce our team with a R&D Team Leader.
As a R&D Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving our research and development initiatives, managing project timelines, and mentoring a team of dedicated researchers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong scientific background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for pharmaceutical development.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead and manage a team of researchers in the design, planning, and execution of R&D projects.
* Develop and implement research strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
* Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of scientific rigor.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing departments.
* Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
* Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the team informed and competitive.
* Prepare and present research findings to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.
* Keep up-to-date and promote continuous improvement.
Profile:
* A candidate with advanced proficiency in R&D pharmaceutical team leadership – University degree in pharmacy or related field is a plus;
* Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring R&D pharmaceutical teams.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
