Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production process is carried out efficiently and in compliance with established procedures. This includes producing high-quality products, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to safety protocols.
Main Responsibilities
Level 1: Essential Duties
- Produce products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Record production on relevant sheets and maintain accurate records
- Package and label products correctly
- Verify product conformity to labels and specifications
Level 2: Quality Control
- Identify and report any anomalies or defects in the production process
- Ensure smooth running of the work process
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Level 3: Team Support
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and versatility
Level 4: Technical Expertise
- Troubleshoot complex problems associated with the job
- Implement solutions to improve production efficiency and quality
Level 5: Training and Development
- Train new employees in production processes and procedures
- Provide technical support to colleagues
Requirements
- Manual dexterity to assemble and operate equipment
- Near vision to handle small parts and detect visual defects
- Normal color vision and depth perception capability
- Ability to take direction from others and work effectively in a team environment
- Communication skills to understand and interpret training guides and standard operating procedures
- Basic math comprehension to complete production reports
