Your Mission You will report to the Head of People Operations, with your primary responsibilities centred around actively coordinating in various recruitment processes. Your main activities will include:
Advertising positions, identifying suitable candidates, and reaching out to them.Clearly and thoroughly communicating about our positions and assessing candidate suitability.You will coordinate interviews by scheduling and organizing meetings between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and logistics.You will manage the candidate database, maintaining and updating records, tracking progress, and keeping accurate documentation of each stage in the recruitment process.Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates involved in the recruitment process.Acting as the point of contact between Construo and the candidates. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, ideally taking on IT profiles.You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant area.Preferably, you have some exposure of recruitment metrics and analytics.You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.You speak Portuguese and English fluently and write very well in both languages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).You are enthusiastic and resilient, able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.As a plus, you like to work with people in an international environment.
