Kelly, in its Sales & Office division, is currently working with a prestigious client - technology & energy sector - who is seeking a Administrative Office Manager to join their team in Coimbra.
Our client is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to perform various administrative and clerical tasks, assist in daily operations, manage general administrative activities, maintain office equipment and facilities, and ensure smooth office procedures.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Driver’s license is required
Nice to have
* Experience with ERP Systems (PHC)
* Previous experience in office administration
* Experience with executive travel planning

* Organizing office visits (clients, partners, audits)
* Supporting HR and Financial departments with administrative tasks
