About the Role
We're looking for a UX Strategist / Service Designer to lead design thinking and experience strategy across AI-driven and analytics-led initiatives. You'll help clients define vision, value, and impact — ensuring every service and interaction is both user-cantered and insight-driven.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery, research, and service design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
* Map and design customer journeys, service blueprints, and experience strategies for AI/analytics-based solutions.
* Translate business goals and data insights into actionable UX strategies and design opportunities.
* Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align AI capabilities with user needs.
* Define measurement frameworks to evaluate user experience and business impact.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in UX Strategy, Service Design, or Experience Consulting .
* Demonstrated expertise in designing or advising on AI, analytics, or data transformation projects.
* Skilled in user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and stakeholder facilitation.
* Strong understanding of how analytics and AI can inform service ecosystems.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
* Must be based in Portugal and operate as Director of your own limited company .
